CyberDayze

Author Gina Daviss New Book CyberDayze Follows a Path of Both Hope and Deceit as One Delves into the World Wide Web

Dec 9, 2016 07:43 AM

Recent release “CyberDayze” from Page Publishing author Gina Davis is a personal story of love and loss through the eyes of depression, expressed by a woman struggling to overcome her difficulties.

(PRWEB) December 09, 2016

Gina Davis has completed her new book “CyberDayze”: a tale of unrequited love with excerpts of well-known song lyrics to emphasize the experience.

Born and raised in the Motor City, Gina Davis lived a tumultuous childhood and young adult life. Having survived this, she went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in her late twenties. She then earned her Broker’s License in Real Estate and continued her life in that field of work. She currently resides peacefully in the southern United States and enjoys music, writing, animal volunteer work, and photography of the peculiar in her daily lifestyle.

Gina asks readers, "Have you ever done something that you thought you would never, EVER do? I did. On the computer. As a non-fiction book written loosely in an autobiographical format, “CyberDayze” also has a theory buried within. But I deliberately DID NOT disclose my thesis statement up front, with supporting documentation following. Rather, I turned it the other way around, which, in essence, made my supporting statements more of a’ mystery read’-hints, mind you-and asking the Reader here and there, 'Do you understand what I’m trying to say, yet, Reader?' sprinkled within. It is well worth the read and delivers a substantive message in its wake".

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Gina Davis’s thought-provoking book explores the implications of allowing the 'intangible' cyber life to cross over into the 'tangible' real life - and the consequences therein.

Readers who wish to experience this unforgettable work can purchase“CyberDayze” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.

CyberDayze: An email Message Received:

“Yeah. There’s fragments of information about you all over the www. It’s like a debris field after a plane crash.

Only for you, it’s no accident, is it? Put a little bit here, a little bit there, a little bit yonder, a tiny piece right in front of us…
Everybody knows a little something. Nobody has the complete picture.”

They come and they go, here in the WorldWideWeb.
This person recently messaged me and asked if CyberDayze was out yet (yes) and he wanted to read it and write a review. [pleasedo!!!]

I am waiting for that review...[thankyouverymuch]

CyberDayze

Well now. A Twitter follower alerted me of a five star Amazon reader review of CyberDayze.

And. 'The Words' are very happy. Especially with one sentence in particular: "Unlike anything I have seen."

Because. That's exactly what 'They' say 'Their' work is: "It's like no other..."

Spot on to you, my faithful Amazon reader. And. Thank you. 'The Words' are extremely pleased.

A real page turner. Written unlike anything I have seen. Weaving back and forth, I could not wait to get to the end. I could identify with some of the things in this story... the crazy world we live in..the internet has brought out the most incredible behavior in people. Bravo !!! Gina Davis, thanks for sharing.

CyberDayze

"To be average is to get bored reading rotes of CyberDayze."

Well now. Fancy that. I just found this tweet yesterday in #CyberDayze. So. I ask myself this-do you read my blogs? Or-have you read...CyberDayze? Because THAT is the most important answer to this query, you see.

'The Words'. 'They' have a message that 'They' want heard. And It is my job to deliver it.

I fear that I am failing my duty. What am I doing wrong? I ask myself. Searching through my past posts, I see: I am not telling you about CyberDayze in my writing.

So. Hear me now.

CyberDayze. It's like no other. An Amazon reader review states this almost to the word.

CyberDayze

I have to post today’s rewritten blog-‘The Words’ detected an error in the first-and had a fit.

Oh, what I don’t do for those pesky ‘Words’…

CyberDayze

You know, all is always quiet in ‘Blogsiteland’. I have a dozen or so of them, so I drop in, copy & paste, send and split to the next one. I don’t have time to scroll through newsfeed to read other people’s posts and ‘be neighborly’. Thus, in most all sites I get no ‘likes’ or comments on my posts. Thus, I don’t know if my blogs are even being read. Speaking of my not reading other people’s blogs, I once ‘went out and tried to be neighborly’ with my ‘neighbor bloggers’ , explaining that I posted and ran and never took the time to say ‘hi’ to ‘my neighbors’. [issheNUTS?] And. Nobody ever ‘stopped by’ and said ‘hi’ back to me after my ‘visit’. But. Today I had this weird thought: Do  people LIKE reading what I have to say in my blogs? Because my purpose for blogging is to promote CyberDayze-and keep those pesky ‘Words’ happy. Nothing else.

Somehow or another I suddenly feel that this might be the case. Am I…wrong? I hope so. Because. I write these blogs-for ‘Them’. DARE I steal ‘Their’ limelight…

CyberDayze: My Tumultuous Love Affair

Well now. Have I told you about ‘The Words’? Of course I have. And many may find it something at which they sneer. Snicker. Mock. But. It doesn’t bother me.

So. I ask you this: have YOU ever written a 98,500 word document of which you have no recollection whatsoever in writing? I have. And the document has a name.

You see, 'They’ live within me, but come and go as 'They’ please. I have no choice in the matter. Many times 'They’ rob me for hours. Days. And-for this project-weeks. Many times we fight. For control of words. 'They’ want to write when 'They’ come to visit. Fortunately, I most always win 'the battle of send.’ My Draft folder is coined 'The Word cemetery’. And I steer clear of it. No need to stir the befeft within.

And now I can say this for certain: 'The Words’ will be quite content with a tweet one made yesterday. I tweeted, “CyberDayze. Coming soon. Watch for it.”

A forthright, blunt response almost immediately appeared:

“damn right I will”.

'The Words’ are content with this affirmative proclamation. Extremely content.

Wouldn’t you be?

It makes my job so much easier.

A Passing  Thought:

Do men EVER have any 'in depth' thought processes?

After many years of pondering this, I have finally come down to only one conclusion:

Most all men permanently remain in the shallow end of the pool.

CyberDayze

"CyberDayze-When your 'Intangible'-CYBER life and 'Tangible'-real life collide..."

...Is my usual profile status. And. In October I had that 'collision'. Yep. I did. He flew me out to Vegas for 5 nights. Separate rooms. Seems safe enough, so I continued our out-of-state relationship and he has taken me here, there, and everywhere-at his expense. [hmmIfeellikeIamagolddigger]

Guess where we are headed to now-as I write this in his car...Washington DC. For the Presidential Inauguration. Fancy that.

Now don't get your panties all bunched up over this my Twitter peeps; I'm politically neutral. So spare me any tweeted satirical remarks.

Not to worry, thlugh. I won't forget about you all while I'm away. I still have more than a full time job on my shoulders...

And. I will make SURE to tell Prez Trump about CyberDayze....

yessireeIwill

I might even break down and give him the paperback.

CyberDayze

So. There is an unwritten etiquette in Twitter to thank all who follow you, retweet your tweets and mention your name. My standard 'thank you' goes like this:

"@abc123 Thank you for your following. Appreciated. #Cyberdayze. Now available on Amazon.com."
And then I add a picture of the book's cover.

Now. This is sort of an off color thank you, yes? But. Guess what I just discovered when I did a CyberDayze Google search...The name of the person I thanked shows up in Google. Yep. It does. Thirty one pages worth.

Well now. No charge for the advertisement.

Aren't I just Thee Best?

CyberDayze

Well now. I was 'Played' by someone in the www just recently. And got hurt by him. So. I wrote him this email:

"Thank you for allowing me to use your Words. And I have that in writing. Although you remain anonymous-I know who you are.

Today's blog post. Twenty six blog sites. You're going to be a star. Especially in the 'All Women Stalk' website. Should stir some controversial chat there, yes indeed...

CyberDayze

WORDS OF A CYBER 'PLAYER'

"I am fascinated by you, your steamy, muddied, mental disarray, The Words, and in conversation...your old soul which belongs with mine. It's no doubt that it's never worked before so that we both better appreciate and adore what we have with each other. Reading The Words -god I love you- could only have been more impacting if you had said -god I love you Charlie- sweet sleep babygirl. I don't hear notifications but may hear ringer...have yet to sleep, mind and soul comforted by thoughts of you."

I said, "And. By the way. I am merely spamming and redirecting here in POF. My only Mission-namedropping CyberDayze. My target market remains 'undefined'. But, I must give it to you-your Words caught my eye. Momentarily. Until your true colors rang true.

So. In the end, I 'Played'-YOU.

And. If you buy CyberDayze, I accomplished my Mission.

I won. But. You would never give me that opportunity,  now would you? No matter. You wouldn't understand the book's whole purpose of existence anyway. And to think-I really liked-A FRAUD.

Cheers,

GD

CyberDayze..."

It's been quite a ride, promoting CyberDayze in the www. I should write a book about it.

CyberDayze

Good morning to you, my loyal few followers of CyberDayze. We wait patiently for the masses, yes? We know what they yet do not. CyberDayze...

Well now. Meet 'Jenny Davids'. Like Robert, she, too, has a job-a Mission-in CyberDayze.

Her profile and backdrop pics were deliberately and precisely chosen: Marilyn Monroe, oozing sexuality- sultry-erotically inviting- topped with a profile picture-a stark shot of Marilyn Manson's chest- smeared blood red lipstick informing all:'Unsafe'.

She is warning a few in CyberDayze:

"I'M ADDICTIVE. AND DANGEROUS."
